For the waffles, first make a batter. To do this, beat the milk with the whole eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy. Mix in the flour and carefully fold in the sour cream.

Let this mixture stand for about 20-25 minutes so that it can swell. Get the waffle iron ready and put some butter in the mold. Add mineral water to the batter just before use to make the batter even fluffier.

Finally, pour 1 small scoop of batter into each waffle iron and bake one waffle at a time until the batter is used up.
