Sesame Fritter with Autumn Fruit Salad

Bring the freshly squeezed orange juice to a boil, stir through with the butter, sugar, toasted white sesame seeds and black sesame seeds. Soak in the refrigerator for one night.

Place parchment paper on the baking sheet. Place small mounds of dough on top and press into flat circles with a damp fork. Allow plenty of space between the circles. Bake the puffs in a heated oven at 180 °C for five to ten minutes.

To shape, do not cool completely: either bend over a spoon handle or place on a small cup or baking dish and place briefly in the oven. The hips will fall into the cup. Do not remove the hippo from the cup until it has cooled down.

Then fill with a fruit salad (here apple with grapes, peel, raspberries, fresh mint as a bunch).
