For the fish sauce, cut the onion into very fine cubes and fry in olive oil until golden brown.

Then pour in the cream and add the tomato paste and spices (salt, pepper, cumin, garlic, rosemary) to taste.

Simmer for a few minutes and season if necessary. If you want a slightly sweet note, you can round off the fish sauce with a little sweetener.
