A delicious mushroom dish for any occasion!
Soak the mushrooms in hot water for 120 minutes. Mix flour, mineral water and a little salt until smooth. Mince, fold in evenly with a whisk.
Rinse zucchini, carrots and leek, clean and cut into 6 cm long, narrow strips. Clean chili peppers, cut in half lengthwise. Scrape out seeds, cut lengthwise into narrow strips. Squeeze mushrooms well, cut stems into small pieces, cut mushrooms into narrow strips. Mix everything evenly into the dough with a wooden spoon. 3.
Put one tablespoon of batter per pancake into a large frying pan with hot oil, flatten and round with the back of a spoon. Fry at high temperature until golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper. Serve with soy sauce.
