For the Fruity Turkey Stew, wash the turkey breast and pat dry. Cut into cubes.

Peel the onion.

Peel the apples, quarter them and remove the core.

Cut the onion and apples into cubes.

Heat the olive oil in a casserole and brown the turkey meat in portions. Remove the meat from the roasting pan and keep warm.

Sauté the onion and apples in the gravy and dust with curry powder. Continue roasting briefly.

Pour the pineapple out of the can, reserving the juice.

Peel and slice the bananas.

Deglaze with chicken soup and stir in the ketchup and pineapple juice. Bring to a boil.

Add the banana slices and pineapple chunks and season with salt, pepper and soy sauce.

Rice goes best with the Fruity Turkey Stew.
