Instructions:

Season chops on both sides with pepper, brush with oil and roast on the broiler. Place 1 aluminum pan on the broiler as well.

Pour in butter and briefly sauté finely chopped spring onion until translucent. Add paprika powder, stir through, and now add the peppers cut into small pieces and seeded, sauté briefly and pour in tomato juice. Arrange the grilled chops and spread the paprika evenly over them.

Serve with potatoes in foil or hearty country bread.
