For the banana coffee, first peel and mash the bananas. Mix with lemon juice, maple syrup and cinnamon. Divide the bananas among 4 small, heatproof glasses.

Prepare the espressos and pour a double espresso on each of the banana mixture (sweeten to taste, if necessary, beforehand).

Serve the banana coffee sprinkled with a pinch of cinnamon.
