For the spinach and potato waffles, first defrost the spinach, cut into small pieces and defrost completely. Peel the potatoes and grate finely together with the apple. Mix all ingredients well, season the mixture and let it swell for about half an hour.

Meanwhile, preheat the waffle iron and grease if necessary. Bake the waffles in batches for 4-5 minutes and keep warm in the oven until all spinach-pea waffles are ready.
