For the mustard and thyme cream, mix the mustard with sour cream until smooth. Thyme rinse, pluck the leaves and fold into the cream. If necessary, season with salt and pepper.
For the hot sauce, clean the vegetables (beware of the hot inside of the pepperoni), rinse and cut into small pieces. Mix with the sauce and perhaps season with cayenne pepper.
For the tzatziki sauce, rinse cucumber and chives, cut chives into rolls. Cut cucumber in half lengthwise, remove seeds and coarsely grate cucumber. Mix with sauce, season to taste.
