Try this delicious cake recipe:
Wrap ham loosely in aluminum foil and roast in oven over medium heat for about 1 1/2 hours. Open the foil and score the fat layer crosswise. Insert cloves into the notches. stir ground cloves, honey, cinnamon with 1 tbsp roasting liquid, brush the ham with it and place in the oven for another 15 minutes for glazing.
Drain apricots, spread evenly on finished ham and keep warm. Bring apricot juice to a boil with roasting liquid and water, stir in sauce powder and bring to a boil. Crumble honey cake, stir into sauce until it dissolves and finish with crème fraîche.
Offer with bread dumplings and broccoli in cheese sauce.
