Instructions:

For turkey with spelt rice, chop young onion crosswise (at a 45-degree angle) into rings and sauté in oil. Chop the meat into bite-sized pieces and sauté.

Season with salt and pepper, add the carrot cut into small pieces and fold in the chopped oregano. Pour in the soup. Bring to a boil and season with turmeric. Stir in Beerenauslese, horseradish and crème fraîche. Finally refine with cream.

For the spelt rice, toast it briefly in a saucepan without oil, pour in the soup and add the angelica root. Cook until all the liquid has been absorbed. Add the butter and season with salt. Remove the angelica root before serving and serve the turkey with spelt rice.
