Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

For the filling, clean and rinse the peppers and cut into small cubes. Cut the ham into cubes. Coarsely grate the Gouda on a grater. Clean and rinse the spring onions. Chop one onion, cut the rest into rings. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan. Sauté half of the diced peppers in it for about 5 minutes, then transfer to a large enough bowl. Add ham cubes, cheese and chopped onions to the steamed bell pepper cubes, season with cumin and stir everything together. Rinse and dry the turkey. Season heartily on both sides with salt and season with pepper, spread with paradeis pulp. Spoon pepper-cheese mixture evenly over turkey breast fillet, leaving about 2-inch border all around. Carefully roll up turkey breast fillet from the narrow side and tie with spagat (12 times the length of the rolled roast).

Heat oil in a roasting pan, brown roll roast heartily on all sides. Add stock and remaining paprika cubes and roast covered for about 80 minutes in the oven (hot air 170 °C).

Remove roast from stock, keep warm. Finely grind the stock with a hand blender. Add spring onion rings and simmer for 3 minutes, season repeatedly. Thicken the sauce according to the consistency.

Remove spaghetti from meat. Cut roast into thick slices and serve with sauce. D
