Preheat the oven to 50 °C . Spread a baking sheet with parchment paper beforehand, taken out for this purpose. In a wide beating an egg, add two tablespoons of sunflower oil or other vegetable oil and pour 2 tablespoons of honey and 2 cups of low-fat milk. Stir everything together.

In a small mixing bowl, stir through the oat bran flakes, flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar and fill in the farling. Stir everything.

Then pour the batter onto the baking sheet and spread evenly.
