For the Appenzeller Zimtfladen, cover a baking tray (26 cm Ø diameter) with the dough and prick it with a fork.
Roll out part of the dough and cut with any figures, these figures will be used for decoration.
Cream the eggs and sugar, add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Spread the mixture evenly on the dough and carefully place the dough decoration on top.
Bake the dough in the middle of the oven at 180°C degrees (hot air/fan 160°C degrees) for about 40-45 minutes.
