For the yogurt dumplings with cinnamon, soak the gelatin in cold water. Whip the cream until creamy. Mix yogurt with sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon.

Squeeze the gelatine and warm it with the rum until it dissolves, stir it quickly into the yoghurt mixture. Gently fold in whipped cream.

Refrigerate for at least 12 hours. Cut out dumplings from the yogurt mixture with the help of 2 tablespoons and arrange the yogurt dumplings with cinnamon on plates.
