Lasagna From the Baking Sheet

Heat electric oven to 200 °C.

Briefly rinse spinach in boiling hot tap water, let drain properly.

Crush the garlic with a little salt. Finely dice onion. Heat the fat, fry the onion and the crushed garlic until translucent. Sauté the drained spinach briefly in the onions, remove from the heat, season with salt and pepper.

Mix the feta cheese with 2/3 of the whipped cream to a puree. Mix with curd cheese and egg, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Grease the grease pan of the oven. First fill in a layer of spaghetti. Brush half the curd cream on the spaghetti, top with spinach. Cover lasagna sheets over spinach, brush remaining curd cream. Sprinkle with pine nuts.

Bake the lasagna in the oven for about 20 minutes (gas: level 3). After 1000 cmin pour the remaining whipped cream over the lasagne and finish baking.
