For the strudel dough tarts, peel the pineapple, remove the stalk and cut into pieces. Mix curd cheese, yolks, sugar, butter, sour cream, vanilla pudding powder and salt well, add raisins.
Remove strudel dough from package and cut each piece of dough into 6 squares. Melt butter, brush ramekins with it, put dough in, brush with butter.
Divide the curd filling among all 12 ramekins and top with the pineapple. Preheat the oven to 180 °C and bake the ramekins for 30-35 minutes until light brown.
