For the crostini with avocado and goat cheese, cut the baguette into finger-thick slices, spread on a baking sheet and drizzle with a little olive oil. Toast in the oven at about 160°C for 5 minutes.

For the avocado and goat cheese mixture, peel and pit the avocado. Mash it in a bowl together with the cheese and lime juice. Chop the chives into rings, finely chop the chili and mix into the avocado with the olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Then cut out small dumplings with a spoon and place them on the bread, cut the remaining chives stalks into 3cm long pieces and stick them on the crostini with avocado and goat cheese as garnish.
