For the layered dessert, puree the cashews with the cranberries and water (chunks may remain), then add the chia seeds and let swell for about an hour, stirring frequently.

Pour into three jars. Mix oats, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, hemp seeds and empty over the chia layer. Mash mango with juice of half a lime and empty over oatmeal mixture.

Puree kiwi with the juice of half a lime and layer over the mango.
