Cut the washed cucumber in half lengthwise, core and dice. Place dill sprigs (without stalk) together with cucumber cubes in a high baking dish. Add the other ingredients as well.
Mix well with a hand blender or hand mixer. Season to taste.
Serve with shrimps, prawns or scallops briefly fried in olive oil.
Tip: Cold soups can be well seasoned and spicy. Do not bring to the table directly from the refrigerator.
Tip: Use a normal or light yogurt as needed!
