Peel the onions and cut them into cubes. Cut the bacon first into slices, then into cubes. Finely chop the parsley.

Cut the pike into even fillets (three pieces), sprinkle with the lemon, season with salt and pepper then turn in flour on the other side.

Cut the potatoes into slices. Melt butter in a frying pan and fry potatoes over medium heat, shaking occasionally, until crisp, then season with salt and pepper. While doing so, repeatedly baste with melted butter.

In a second frying pan, render the bacon with a little butter and brown lightly. Add the pike fillets and brown on both sides. At the same time, add the onions and let them turn golden brown.

Serve with the fried potatoes. Garnish with parsley
