Instructions:

For the curd cake, knead a smooth shortcrust pastry from the ingredients for the chocolate base. Line a springform pan with it. Cover the dough with baking paper and weigh it down with the pulses.

Then blind bake at 180 °C for 15 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the curd mixture. For this, mix the layered cheese, sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon zest, flour, cornstarch and egg yolk.

Beat the egg whites with the 50 g sugar until stiff and carefully fold in the liquid butter. Remove the pulses from the pre-baked base and fill the base with the cheese mixture.

Then bake at 180 °C for 40 minutes. Remove the baked cake from the pan while it is still warm and let it cool on a cooling rack. finally sprinkle with some cocoa powder.
