For the chili con carne, sauté the finely chopped onions in a pot with oil, mix with the chili powder and cumin. Now add the minced meat and brown. Salt, pepper and chili peppers finely chop and stir in. Add water and finely chop (puree) the peeled tomatoes in a food processor. Puree the sun-dried tomatoes in a food processor (add some of the oil from the jar to make a smooth paste). Add all the tomatoes to the minced mixture. Add half a cinnamon bark and simmer on low heat with the lid on for about 1 1/2 hours. Add the drained kidney beans and corn to the pot and simmer on low heat for another half hour, stirring frequently to prevent the beans from sticking to the bottom. If necessary, season the chili con carne with a little salt, pepper or cumin.
