For the Lena’s Herzihupf, beat eggs with 1 tablespoon water for 5 minutes until foamy. Then stir in the whipped cream. Add a pinch of salt and the flour mixed with baking powder. Stir in with the sweetener powder as well.

Grease and flour the cake pan, then pour in the mixture and bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 50 minutes. While the cake is still hot, brush it with the lemon or tangerine juice glaze and powdered sugar.

Sprinkle the Lena’s Herzihupf with hearts.
