Vegan Plum and Almond Cake

First, peel bananas, mash with a fork. Mix bananas, cane sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice and almond milk well.

Mix in oil, flour, almonds, marzipan and baking soda well. Spread the dough on a baking sheet. Cut the plums in half and spread on the dough.

Bake the plum and almond cake in the oven at 180 °C top/bottom heat for approx. 25 minutes until light.
