Instructions:

For the chili con carne, chop the onion, garlic and chili very finely and sauté in a pot with olive oil. Add the meat and fry until crumbly.

Add the canned tomatoes, tomato paste and season with cumin, salt and pepper. Pour in vegetable soup and simmer for 20 minutes.

Now add the beans and corn and let everything simmer again for about 15 minutes. Season with cayenne pepper and serve garnished with sour cream.

Serve with baguette and beer.
