A cake recipe for all foodies:

Beat butter until thick and creamy. Add powdered sugar and egg yolks, beat until creamy. Mix flour, cornstarch and baking powder, stir into the mixture. Knead into a soft dough. Form rolls with a diameter of 3 cm. Wrap in foil and leave to cool for at least 2 hours. Preheat oven to 160 degrees. Cut rolls into finger-thick slices and shape into balls. Roll in oat flakes. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake for 18 to 18 minutes. Carefully loosen cookies. Place on cooling rack to cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
