For the wheat-rye rolls, sift the flour into the mixing bowl and add the dry yeast, as well as sugar, caraway seeds and salt.

Add the lukewarm water and knead with the dough hook for at least 10 minutes. Leave to rise for 1 hour and then shape into rolls and place on a baking tray.

Bake at 230 degrees for about 15 minutes.
