Instructions:

First prepare the rice.

In the meantime, wash the peppers, cut off the lid with the stem and remove the core.

For the filling, peel and press garlic. Peel onion, chop finely and roast in hot butter until golden brown.

Mix minced meat, rice, onion, parsley, egg and garlic well and season with salt, pepper and marjoram.

Prepare tomato sauce according to instructions. Blanch peppers in salted boiling water, stuff, replace lid and pin with toothpicks.

Place peppers in a casserole dish, pour tomato sauce over them and cook slowly over low heat for about 45 minutes.

Arrange stuffed peppers with tomato sauce and serve.
