For the potato and mince casserole, mix the mince well with the spices and chill. Peel the potato, wash the zucchini and cut both into thin slices.
Spread the olive oil in a pan, alternate the zucchini and potato slices and cover with the minced meat.
Slice the washed beef tomatoes and spread them over the mince. Fry at 200 °C for about 20-25 minutes.
Then sprinkle the grated cheese on top and finish frying the potato and mince casserole until the cheese gets a crust.
