Instructions:

First, peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices. Cut the ham and peppers into thin strips as well.

Grease a baking dish with butter, layer in about half of the potato slices, then top with ham and bell pepper strips. Finish with potato slices.

For the glaze, whisk sour cream with eggs until well blended, season with salt and pepper.

Pour the glaze over the potatoes, sprinkle with cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 40 minutes. (If necessary, cover with aluminum foil at the end).
