For the Bierweckerl, first preheat the oven to 200 °C. Line a baking tray with baking paper or grease it.
Knead all ingredients except the beer. Then add the beer a sip at a time and mix everything into a smooth dough.
Dust the work surface with flour and knead the dough well. Divide into four parts and form each into balls. Place on the prepared baking sheet and flatten a little. Score them crosswise and brush with water.
Place in hot oven for 10 minutes. Then turn down to 180 °C and bake the Bierweckerl for another 10 minutes.
