Finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté both in olive oil until translucent. Add the minced meat and fry until it becomes crumbly. Season with salt, bell pepper, paprika powder and cinnamon and let it cool down a bit. Then mix with the egg and the cooked rice. Wash the peppers, cut out the stem, remove the seeds, rinse and fill with the mixture. Coat an ovenproof dish with olive oil, place the peppers inside, brush with olive oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Cook in the preheated oven at 200 °C for about 30 minutes.
