Instructions:

For Stuffed Vine Leaves, mix the filling ingredients.

Rinse the vine leaves, blanch in boiling water for 5 minutes to make them soft and elastic. Remove and drain.

Put one leaf on the countertop with the leaf veins facing up. Place 1 tsp of filling on the center of the leaf tip opposite the stem base. Roll the tip of the leaf over it, wrapping the sides of the leaf over the filling and rolling the leaf around the filling towards the base of the stem.

Stuff all the leaves like this and place in an ovenproof dish, stem side down. Several layers can be stacked on top of each other. Leave 2 cm free away from the top edge.

For the sauce, brown onions in hot oil. Deglaze with the soup, masala and wine. Season with pepper and salt. Add the paradeis pulp and simmer briefly over low heat, stirring throughout.

Now pour the sauce over the vine leaves and put the closed mold in the oven heated to 200 degrees Celsius. and steam the stuffed vine leaves for 45 minutes.
