Instructions:

Mix flour, oil, beer, calvados and egg yolks to a dough and let it swell for 1 hour.

Beat egg whites until stiff and carefully fold into the dough.

Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into rings. Pull through the dough and fry in the hot baking fat on each side until golden brown.

Drain the apple slices briefly on kitchen paper, then sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and serve immediately.
