Instructions:

For the almond paste, first separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Beat the yolks, sugar and vanilla sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in oil and almond drink alternately. Mix flour with salt, almonds, cinnamon and baking powder and fold in alternately with the beaten egg whites.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Line a baking tray with baking paper and spread the dough on it.

For the curd mixture, first separate the eggs. Mix the yolks, curd, honey, vanilla pulp and powdered sugar until smooth. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in. Fill the mixture into a piping bag with a large nozzle and pipe onto the dough in a grid pattern.

Bake in a hot oven for about 30 minutes.

Then let the cake cool on the baking tray. Immediately before serving, sprinkle thinly with powdered sugar, drizzle with honey and sprinkle with the sliced almonds.
