Zucchini Feta Balls

For the zucchini feta balls, first peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Wash the herbs and chop them finely as well. Grate the zucchini and squeeze well.

Mix the onion, garlic, herbs, zucchini, feta and egg and season with salt and pepper. Mix some of the flour and breadcrumbs and add as much to the other ingredients until you can form balls.

Roll the zucchini-feta balls in breadcrumbs and deep-fry in hot oil until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels before serving.
