Put the tea in the strainer of a pot form. Boil water (1), pour over the tea leaves form and on the spot repeatedly to remove the tea dust.
Add the sugar cubes to the tea pot. Bubble water (2) and pour over tea leaves mold. Steep for one minute.
In the meantime, briefly rinse 3/4 of the mint under cold water, add to the tea pot and steep for another 2-3 minutes.
Fill small glasses half full with tea and add 1 mint leaf at a time. Bring to the table hot.
