For the braised leg meat, clean and coarsely chop the root vegetables, peel and coarsely dice the onion.

Salt and pepper the leg meat, sear it on all sides in a casserole with Rama Bratprofi, take it out again and brown the root vegetables with the onion in it.

Add the meat again, add the stock cubes and bay leaf, pour in water. Put in the oven and roast at 160 °C for about 3-4 hours.

Take out meat, pour juice through a sieve and let it boil down a bit. Cut the meat into slices and serve with the juice.
