Pasta dishes are just always delicious!

Cover the pasta well with water in a saucepan and bring to a strong boil. Once the water boils, turn down to very low heat and simmer for about 6 min.

Clean and chop the vegetables.

In a second saucepan, sauté the onions and garlic until soft. Add the other vegetables, douse with water and cook for about 10 minutes. Now dissolve the stock cube in a little bit of hot water, add all the other spices and mix with the vegetables.

Finally fold in the whipped cream and the fermented cereal.

Take the noodles out of the water with a sieve and put them into a ceramic bowl, add the vegetables and garnish with fresh sprouts.

Sprinkle with feta cheese if desired.

Cucumber salad:

Mix everything well.
