Evenly distribute apple tea in filter bags (about 15 grams per filter). Pour into a glass jug with the brown ribbon candy with 1 l of boiling hot water. Steep the whole on a rechaud at least 1 hour.

Then boil the East Frisian tea: Rinse the pot hot and then form the tea in two filter bags. The boiled water to the tea form and 7 min pull! Pour off the clear apple tea into a preheated punch pot. Spices: Add the cinnamon sticks and cardamom, the grappa candy and the Calvados.

Pour the East Frisian tea into the punch bowl! Keep warm on a rechaud and bring to the table in a slim, tall grog glass.

Tip: Always use aromatic spices to refine your dishes!
