For the egg white cake with chocolate, beat the egg whites with half the sugar until stiff. Beat butter, remaining sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy.

Mix flour, baking powder, almonds and chocolate. Alternately fold the beaten egg whites and flour mixture into the butter mixture. Mix well and pour into a greased cake pan sprinkled with almonds.

Bake at medium heat for 30-40 minutes. Fill the cooled egg white cake with chocolate with whipped cream and compote cherries.
