For the caramel grape punch, first caramelize the sugar in a saucepan, not too dark, and deglaze with the grape juice.

Cut the vanilla bean in half lengthwise and add to the grape juice. Bring to a boil once, hang the tea bag in it and let it steep for 30 minutes.

Remove the tea bag, heat the caramel grape punch again and serve immediately.
