Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, flour, baking powder, oil and cinnamon.
Cut apples into small cubes and fold into the batter with the whole hazelnuts and sour cherries.
Grease 1 large or 2 small loaf pans a little, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and pour in the dough. Bake the small tins at 175° Celsius for 70 minutes, the large ones for 85 minutes.
Tip: Cinnamon gives dishes a wonderful sweet and spicy note!
