Instructions:

Cut the meat into small pieces. Finely chop the onion and garlic.

Heat butter in a pan, fry the meat in it and remove from the pan.

Fry the onion and garlic in the drippings.

Return meat to pan, dust with flour and sauté briefly. Remove pan from heat and stir in paprika powder.

Pour in water and stir in the bouillon cube.

Cover and simmer gently for about half an hour. Finally, stir in whipped cream, salt, pepper and chopped parsley.
