For the cheese flatbread, first prepare the yeast dough. For the yeast dough, knead all ingredients and let rise covered for 25 minutes.

Beat vigorously and let rise again covered to almost double height.

Work the dough briefly, let it relax for 5 minutes, roll it out and finish on a greased baking sheet. Prick several times with a fork.

Cut onions in half, chop coarsely and mix with grated cheese. Beat eggs and mix with slightly heated milk, flour, pepper and onion-cheese mixture, add parsley.

Spread the mixture evenly over the dough and bake the cheese flatbread at 190 degrees for about 30-35 minutes.
