For the quick chocolate glaze, place gelatin in cold water and squeeze out. Bring whipping cream to a boil and remove saucepan from heat.

Add the gelatin to the whipped cream, stir in the grated chocolate, stirring again and again until the chocolate glaze is lip-warm.

Glaze the cake or slices with the chocolate glaze.
