For the baked raspberries, select and clean the raspberries. If possible, do not wash them.
Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
Place the raspberries in a shallow ovenproof glass dish, setting aside some nice fruit for decoration.
Drizzle the raspberries with the raspberry brandy.
Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Stir in the crème fraîche.
Sift the flour with the baking powder and gently fold into the egg mixture.
Carefully spread the cream over the raspberries and gratinate in the preheated oven for about half an hour.
Sprinkle the gratinated raspberries with powdered sugar, garnish with the fruit set aside and serve hot.
