Meatballs with Spinach and Green Pepper

Knead minced meat with crushed breadcrumbs, eggs, feta cheese, half of the peppercorns, pepper and salt.

Form balls, put a piece of spinach in the middle of each.

Heat fat/oil, fry balls, turn to other side in between, total 6-8 min. Add remaining peppercorns and fry for a few minutes.

Serve with onion and tomato salad with olive oil dressing and pita bread.
