For the meat salad, wash the bean sprouts and steam them briefly in the meat broth. Steam the grated ginger briefly as well.

Cut the meat into small pieces, add it to the cooled bean sprouts and mix everything with a sauce of oil, vinegar, salt and soy sauce.

The meat salad tastes excellent with toasted bread or fried potatoes.
